- Establish method of payment.
- We establish turnaround time. If we have already provided an estimated turnaround, we will confirm it.
- We assign the project. We take care to assign your project to the transcriber most suitable to the job.
- We contact you with any questions, problems, or inconsistencies as soon as they arise. We never wait until after a job is complete to discuss a problem.
- We review the project. When the work is complete, we thoroughly review it, checking for any errors and ensuring it has been completed according to your specifications and our product standards.
- We email you the completed job.
We charge by the page or by the hour, depending on your preference. We can also charge by the minute or by word count. We work with you to accommodate your budget, type of work, volume of work, audio quality, and turnaround time.
